Confident English Speaking
Speak clearly and confidently at work — from your first interview to your first shift. Practical phrases, real-life role-plays and speaking challenges.

Speak up. Be understood. Get the job.
Lots of young people know enough English to get by, but freeze when it really counts — in an interview, on the phone, or with a customer waiting. This course is about fixing that.
You won't sit through grammar drills. Instead, you'll learn ready-to-use phrases, practise them in real workplace situations, and build the confidence to speak up when it matters.

- Handle small talk, instructions and questions on your first day at work
- Serve customers, answer the phone and deal calmly with complaints
